Tropical Escape

Some escapes require a passport. Others begin the moment you put your phone away and take the first sip. Sometimes that’s all the distance you need.

Ingredients: cuban white rum, lime, mint, simple syrup, saline solution

How to serve: Fill a glass with ice. Add 50 ml of sparkling water, then slowly pour in 100 ml of the cocktail. Give it one gentle stir to combine the ingredients while preserving the carbonation. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wedge, then enjoy.
