Albariza

Three spirits rooted in Jerez. One unmistakably Italian. Tradition would have kept them apart, but one man’s curiosity brought them together. Some rules are worth breaking.
Ingredients: Brandy de Jerez, Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximénez, Strega, Lime Solution, Saline Solution
How to serve: Fill a glass with one large ice cube. Pour 70-80 ml of the cocktail over the ice and stir gently for 10–15 seconds to achieve the ideal serving temperature and dilution. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the drink, then garnish with a dehydrated banana slice, and ejoy.
